Learn HQ Ltd have launched a new eLearning course on Food Hygiene and Food Safety Standards. Food Hygiene Legislation states that all those involved in the preparation and handling of food must be adequately trained. Whilst this can be completed through 'on the job' training or by utilising one of the many classroom courses on the market, most bust kitchen environments do not have the time or the resources available to allocate to this.
